Binwali delivers to serviceable addresses across Pakistan.
Delivery charges
- PKR 249 when the order value after discounts is below PKR 2,500.
- Complimentary delivery when the order value after discounts is PKR 2,500 or more.
- Complimentary delivery when bank transfer is selected and paid in advance.
Delivery timeframe
Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation. The timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. Remote destinations, public holidays, weather, security conditions, order verification, and courier disruption can cause delays. We will provide an update when we become aware of a material delay.
Order confirmation and tracking
We may confirm an order by phone, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch. When tracking information is available, it will be shared through the order update or can be checked on the Track Order page.
Payment methods
You can pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer. For bank-transfer orders, use your Order ID as the payment reference. We will begin fulfilment after the payment has cleared. Paid bank-transfer orders receive complimentary delivery and a unique, single-use 10% discount coupon for the customer’s next order.
Address and delivery attempts
Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. If an incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or refused delivery causes the parcel to be returned, Binwali may require a new delivery fee before sending it again.
Parcel concerns
If the parcel or item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 calendar days and keep the packaging. Follow the Returns and Exchanges Policy for photographs, inspection, replacement, exchange, or refund.
